July 03, 2009: While reading this book, I couldn't help but think of my sister.

Her husband, is no good and treats her badly. I loved the accuracy that she used to

tell the story of how he controlled her overall existance. This is what is

happening to my sister. As in this story, she will not talk about it.

I recommend it highly for anyone in a relationship. You may learn things

about how your being treated by your partner and most important, what to

do about it. I thought it was a great read and like the author says,

one for all women and men too.

dominated your life in recent years. I hope and pray that you are able to close that chapter
in your life. "Thank You" for heightening my awareness of how these people effect the lives
of others. I don't know what help I can be personally in your quest to toughen the laws
that apply to these predators (I have no criminal jurisdiction as the Parrish Attorney-that is
the business of the District Attorney) But as I monitor the Legislature for the Caddo Parish
Commission I will be on the lookout for bills pertaining to these people and make sure the
Commission is aware of them.

I enjoyed reading your experience. I thought parts were very well described
and funny. I realize it was not funny while you were living it. To bad more
women do not stand up and tell their stories of these men tearing their lives
apart. I too wish our police could do something about the internet and what
preys out there on it. Be Careful Out There! I hope you write more exciting
tales of what your future brings.
